BIG MAD DRIP — TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: JULY 1st, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, orders, custom design services, products, and transactions made with Big Mad Drip (“Big Mad Drip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through our website, online payment links, invoices, team stores, social media, or directly through a Big Mad Drip representative.

By placing an order, submitting payment, approving a design, or purchasing a product from Big Mad Drip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

ALL PURCHASES MADE WITH BIG MAD DRIP ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Because many of our products are custom-designed, personalized, manufactured, or produced specifically for the customer, Big Mad Drip does not provide refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks for change-of-mind purchases.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Custom uniforms

• Jerseys

• Shorts and pants

• Team apparel

• Fan apparel

• Bags and backpacks

• Gloves

• Sleeves

• Headwear

• Accessories

• Personalized products

• Team-store purchases

• Deposits

• Design fees

• Rush or expedited-production fees

• Shipping charges

• Bulk and wholesale orders

Once payment has been submitted, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled for a refund.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

2. CUSTOM ORDERS

Big Mad Drip specializes in custom apparel and merchandise. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

• Player names

• Player numbers

• Sizes

• Quantities

• Team names

• Logos

• Colors

• Sponsor information

• Shipping information

• Any other personalization or production requirements

Big Mad Drip is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.

Changes requested after an order has entered production may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

3. DESIGN PROOFS & CUSTOMER APPROVAL

When a design proof or mockup is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval.

Approval confirms acceptance of the design, including spelling, names, numbers, colors, logos, placement, quantities, and other visible design elements.

Once a design is approved and submitted for production, changes are not guaranteed.

If changes can still be made, additional design or production fees may apply.

4. COLORS & PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Colors displayed digitally may vary from the final manufactured product due to differences in screens, printing, sublimation, fabric, lighting, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Minor variations in color, placement, stitching, sizing, or appearance that are normal within custom apparel manufacturing are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.

5. SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes before submitting their orders.

Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because an incorrect size was selected by the customer.

Sizing may vary between product styles, materials, cuts, manufacturers, and production runs.

6. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES

Any production or delivery timeframe provided by Big Mad Drip is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Production timelines may be affected by order size, customization requirements, product availability, holidays, shipping carriers, weather, customs, international transportation, manufacturing delays, or circumstances outside Big Mad Drip’s reasonable control.

A delay in production, shipping, or delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Big Mad Drip is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be controlled by that carrier.

Any shipping issue should be reported to Big Mad Drip as soon as possible so we can assist in determining the appropriate next steps.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Although purchases are non-refundable, Big Mad Drip stands behind the products we produce.

If you receive an item that is materially defective, damaged before delivery, or materially different from the approved order due to an error by Big Mad Drip or our manufacturer, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We may require photographs, video, packaging information, or other documentation to verify the issue.

If Big Mad Drip determines that an item contains a qualifying manufacturing or fulfillment error, our remedy may include, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:

• Repairing the product;

• Replacing the affected product; or

• Providing another appropriate remedy.

A qualifying issue does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund.

9. DEPOSITS & PARTIAL PAYMENTS

All deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.

A deposit may be used to reserve production capacity, begin artwork or design services, purchase materials, prepare manufacturing files, or begin production.

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding balance according to the payment terms provided with their order or invoice.

10. TEAM & BULK ORDERS

The individual placing an order on behalf of a team, school, organization, business, league, or other group is responsible for verifying and approving the complete order.

Big Mad Drip is not responsible for errors in rosters, sizes, names, numbers, quantities, or other information submitted or approved by the team representative.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Customers who submit logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, team names, or other intellectual property represent that they have permission or legal authority to use those materials.

The customer agrees to be responsible for claims arising from materials supplied to Big Mad Drip without proper authorization.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Big Mad Drip retains ownership of original artwork, templates, concepts, mockups, production files, and design elements created by Big Mad Drip.

12. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Big Mad Drip regarding legitimate order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback does not alter the customer's agreement to these Terms or Big Mad Drip's right to provide documentation regarding the transaction, including order records, approvals, communications, tracking information, production records, and these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available through their card issuer or applicable law.

13. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotional pricing, discount codes, team pricing, wholesale pricing, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time before an order is placed.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless approved by Big Mad Drip.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Big Mad Drip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a purchase or use of our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Mad Drip’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Big Mad Drip for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Big Mad Drip will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, labor disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, government actions, power outages, or manufacturing disruptions.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or a purchase from Big Mad Drip will be handled in accordance with applicable Florida and federal law.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Big Mad Drip may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order is placed, unless otherwise required by law.

18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting payment, placing an order, approving a proof, or purchasing through a Big Mad Drip website, invoice, payment link, team store, or authorized representative, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PURCHASES, DEPOSITS, CUSTOM ORDERS, AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

The customer further acknowledges responsibility for reviewing and approving all order details before production begins.
